Shipping times depend on the method you choose. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday, before dispatch.

• Economy Shipping: Delivered in 18–23 business days, including 1–2 processing days and 17–21 transit days.
• Standard Shipping: Delivered in 14–18 business days, including 1–2 processing days and 13–15 transit days.

Shipping costs are calculated per product, and all orders are shipped via India Post.

No. We currently ship only to the United States. We may expand shipping to other countries in the future.

If your payment is declined or interrupted, your order will not be confirmed. Please ensure your billing details are accurate. You will receive a confirmation email once payment is successfully completed.

Customers in the United States may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving their order. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories.

If you receive a defective, faulty, or incorrect item, Vitample covers the return shipping cost.

If you change your mind or order the wrong product, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

No, Vitample does not charge any restocking fees.

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds are always issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.
